8 Tips Against Fatigue

Most times we get tired not actually knowing how to overcome the fatigue, here are 8 tips to overcome fatigue.

Tip 1: Acupressure – Massage the Earlobes

Massage both earlobes for a short time with your thumb and forefinger and pull several times. You will notice that you have more energy for a short time thanks to this little trick and feel a bit more alert.

Tip 2: Chewing Gum – Chew Yourself Cheerfully

Chewing gum increases the heartbeat and thus stimulates blood flow in the brain. Peppermint chewing gum is best because the fresh taste of peppermint perks you up.

Tip 3: Healthy Snacks – Avoid Carbohydrates

Cut out carbohydrates when you feel tired. The body needs a lot more strength for difficult foods to digest, and you will feel even limper. In between, an apple is better than a chocolate bar and provides a lot of vitamins.

Tip 4: Fresh Air – Out into The Open

Open the windows, or better yet, go out and take a short walk. The fresh air clears your head and activates your energy reserves. 15 minutes is enough, and you will feel livelier afterward. The abrupt change of Scenery also helps with creative blockages.

Tip 5: Music – A Loud Pick-Me-Up

Take a short break, put on your favorite song and sing along. Music can work wonders, lighten your mood and keep you active and alert again. But be careful: warn your colleagues if you don’t have your own office;)

Tip 6: “Powernap” – A Short Nap In Between

If you feel sleepy or didn’t get enough sleep last night, a short “power nap” works wonders. Lie down briefly for about 10-20 minutes to charge your batteries. You will feel fresh and full of energy afterward. Make sure, however, that you do not sleep longer than a maximum of 30 minutes. If you sleep too long, the body falls into a deep sleep phase. The effect: when you are awake again, you will feel even more tired.

Tip 7: Stretching – Really Stretch Once

Do you have an office job, or do you have to sit a lot in your job? Stretch yourself properly to recharge your batteries. Stretching your wrists, arms and legs will briefly improve blood circulation in your body, which will make you feel more alert. While stretching you can also relax your legs on Rubber antifatigue mats to wade off the fatigue

Tip 8: Coldwater – cool energy dispenser

Hold your wrists under ice-cold water or wash your face. The cold refreshment stimulates circulation and is suitable for you and your body. Alternatively, you can take a cold shower. Especially in summer, when the temperature is hot, you will wake up again in a refreshing way.
